By accessing or using Framesify ("the Platform"), including visiting our website, creating campaign templates, or generating custom graphics via shareable campaign links, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Content Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to the logos, artwork, trademarks, and photos you upload to Framesify. By uploading media, you grant Framesify a limited, non-exclusive license to process, render, and display the uploaded assets solely for the purpose of generating requested poster graphics and hosting your campaign.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, create, or distribute any content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or pornographic material.
• Impersonates another individual or organization without explicit authorization.
• Interferes with or disrupts the technical operation of the Platform.

Framesify reserves the right to suspend or remove any campaign or generated asset that violates these guidelines.

4. Service Scope & Commercial Agreements

Campaign creation, custom template artwork setup, and plan pricing discussed and agreed upon via official WhatsApp consultations govern the specific commercial deliverables for each campaign. Self-serve online payment processing is not conducted on this website.

5. User Responsibility for Generated Content

Campaign creators and individual participants are solely responsible for the text entries, photos, and branding uploaded to generated posters. Framesify does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content shared across external social networks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Framesify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framesify disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party social media sharing.
